Yildiz Kagit began operating in the field of wholesale paper trade and waste paper in 1962 in Cagaloglu as a family firm, under the leadership of Huseyin Yildiz as the Founder.  In 1990, Sami Yildiz became the Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Yildiz Kagit San. Tic ve Ltd. Sti., occupying this position for two decades, and in 2014 he decided to establish a new company, as concurred by the Board of Directors. Thus, YILKASAN GERI DONUSUM A.S. was established by Sami Yildiz and Ferdi Yildiz and began its commercial operations in 2015.
